I was really excited to pick up this Copic suitcase from Scrapshotz last week. While I loved the system I had, it wasn't even a little bit
mobile, so was not only impossible to take with me camping, it pretty
much never moved from the middle of the table downstairs. I sent an
email to Sharon Harnist, (Paperfections) who is on the Copic Design Team to ask her what
she suggested for inside cases. She sent me ideas and a link to
Michelle Boyer's blog (Papercuts) to see the home made version that she had. Since I have a son in law in the
lumber yard business and he had a broken diffuser that he would give me, I
decided I had nothing to lose. So after modifying Michelle's design,
here's what I came up with. I basically built a box of plastic coreplast to
support the diffuser panels, so that I could put extras and perhaps
images or stamps, on the side. I think it's going to work!
Thanks to Sharon and Michelle for the inspiration!
